Each participant receives a complete set of materials, including step-by-step program guides, carefully selected reading resources, and dedicated reflection journals to track learning and insights. These materials serve as a foundation for six months of leadership development, providing structure, inspiration, and practical tools to support growth throughout the program.

SPONSOR PROJECT PRESENTATION PREP FOR ONE TEAM
In a public, by invitation format, participants present their projects as models of innovation and social entrepreneurship. Peer and facilitator feedback helps refine presentations. In a “project pitch” style, participants call for new non-profit, for-profit, public sector, and international partnerships to grow and replicate projects through financial and other support.

SPONSOR A PROJECT TEAM LEADER
Over six months, 35 project team leaders attend four in-person sessions totaling 14 days at three locations. Ten globally experienced professionals facilitate all sessions. The cost of housing and meals is included. Between sessions, coaches from the International Coaching Federation - Lebanon Chapter provide eight hours of leadership development support to each project team leader.

SPONSOR A PROJECT TEAM LEADER + TEAM
Between in-person sessions, 175 project team members — including 35 project team leaders — receive nine hours of project management best practices coaching from members of the Project Management Institute - Lebanon Chapter. All participants have access to an interactive, proprietary Youth & Peace in Action online platform, project tracking tools, and team conversation spaces.

Master the Foundations
Fri., Jan. 16 – Mon., Jan 19, 2026Participants learn how integrating project management, leadership development, peacebuilding, and trauma healing promotes stability, peace, and prosperity, while exploring key frameworks such as Spiral Dynamics, Dynamic Mind, the Eight Pillars of Positive Peace, and PMBOK.

SESSION II
Knowledge in Action –
Sharpening Skills
Fri., Feb. 27 – Mon., Mar. 2, 2026Participants practice creative leadership and relationship skills using frameworks such as Galtung’s Triangle of Violence, Harm and Healing Maps, 5 Spheres of Peace, and Deep Dialogue to strengthen teams and community impact.

SESSION III
Adapting for Change,
Planning for the Future
Fri., Apr. 17 – Mon., Apr. 20, 2026Participants connect project foundations to scalability, apply advanced tools for conflict analysis and stakeholder engagement in complex settings, and use the Star Power simulation to examine structural dynamics that undermine trust and development.

SESSION IV
Accelerating the Movement
Sat., June 6 – Sun., June 7, 2026Participants use impact templates to capture leadership growth and project results, then share purpose-driven presentations at a public event where feedback helps expand the most viable projects.

Ideal candidates are 25-35, living and working in Lebanon, with a project and team in agriculture, education, healthcare, IT/technology, and more.
